Ordering Terms
An initial, non refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. The deposit confirms your place on the build list and is spent on materials required for your build.
The remainder that is left owing is to be paid, in full, upon completion of your banjo and prior to shipping.
Warranty:
Each instrument comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner (as long as you still own the banjo and as long as we’re still in the banjo building business). If one of our banjos cracks, splits or comes apart on its own (without help in anyway) we will make it right. The instrument will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Strings, finish wear, tuners, heads, damage from drops or improper handling, exposure to weather or temperature extremes etc are not covered.
